What To Expect Your first visit can take one hour and fifteen minutes. We begin by talking. We’ll have a detailed dialogue about you, your health, and your goals for treatment. You will also receive a full assessment and treatment on your first visit. Most patients leave the clinic feeling relaxed, energized, and centered. Follow up visits take one hour. Some Helpful Things... Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing. Come neither hungry nor overly full.  Come to your first appointment with the above forms completed.
