About Susan... Susan Wilmoth, MAOM, L.Ac. 
I am a graduate of Purdue University and  the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine. I also did advanced chinese medical training at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in NYC. I bring to my work a fascination with anatomy, a lifelong love of movement, and years of experience treating professional athletes. All of these things continually inspire and inform my treatment style. My academic background prior to studying Chinese Medicine was in Cultural Anthropology, Philosophy, and Religious studies, which was deeply enriching. Cultivating awareness and understanding has been a labor of love throughout my life. I am also an avid gardener and appreciator of the natural world,  both of which nourish me. I find joy in a steady diet of nature, riding my bike, swimming, and reading. To me, tending the outer and tending the inner have a great deal in common. In addition to maintaining my private practice, I work as an acupuncturist for the Oregon Ballet Theater (OBT).
