What to Expect. . .
Please come for your first visit with the above forms completed. If you cannot print them out, please ask when you call to have forms sent to you.
Your first visit can take an hour and a half. We begin by talking. We’ll have a detailed dialogue about you, your health, and your goals for treatment. You will also receive a full assessment and treatment on your first visit. Most patients leave the clinic feeling relaxed, energized, and centered.
Follow up visits take one hour.

Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing.
Come neither hungry nor overly full.
Come to your first appointment with the above forms completed.
Please avoid wearing fragrances for the comfort of anyone with allergies who might be coming after you.
